Billing — view invoices, payment history, and any active subscriptions.

Files — download logos, brand assets, and documents shared by the Def Tech Ops team.

Agreement — read and sign service agreements.

Messages — contact the Def Tech Ops team and read replies.

To-do and Projects — see what is outstanding on their build and what the team is working on.

Account — manage their contact details and sign-in settings.

Why the dashboard uses Google sign-inSigning in with Google lets a client access the Def Tech Ops - Client Dashboard using an account they already have, instead of creating and remembering another password. Google sign-in is used only to confirm who the client is and to sign them in.The dashboard requests only a client's basic profile information and email address. It does not read, send, or store their Gmail, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar through that sign-in. Clients who prefer not to use Google can instead request a one-time sign-in link sent to their email address.How client information is handled is described in the Def Tech Ops privacy policy.Who the dashboard is forAccess is limited to existing Def Tech Ops clients. Accounts are created by the Def Tech Ops team when a project begins; the dashboard is not open to public sign-up. Businesses interested in working with Def Tech Ops can start a conversation.
